Had a wonderful dinner with the gals at CUBE on La Brea tonight- highly recommended!!! Great food, the menu changes every Thursday depending on what’s fresh at the farmers market that week, and best part, you can bring your own wine at no charge. Anyhow, it was nice to just have a nice relaxing evening- came home, watch American Idol (Tivo version, fast forward commercials of course) and last nights episode of John and Katie Plus 8 .. cant get enough of those kids!

Here is the second string of Justin, Katie, and Emily… after finishing up at their sprawling home we all jumped into the car and headed out towards the desert. Found some great spaces and it was absolutely dazzling to be shooting in an unfamiliar landscape! For it being the desert I sure found a lot of color. It was hot but the kids held up pretty well.

This is one of my favorites from the day..

One more short post of these lovely kids by the end of the week then I promise a wedding.
