My bay area brides … I have something fun for you!!! | FIZZ and FRILLS

The girls over at Utterly Engaged, Lovely Jubilee, and Blu Bungalow are hosting a wedding marketplace for brides and other crafty souls this weekend and I have a few free passes to give away! Obviously you have to live in the bay area and preferably be one of my brides, this year, last year, or next year. (but I won’t discriminate!) Anyone interested? There are some seriously amazing vendors … I will be there Sunday morning/afternoon and would love to see some familiar faces! First come, first serve- send me an email at meg@megperotti.com stat!

An ode to Kentucky..

My feet are still aching, my back hurts, I’m sunburn, my eyes are burning from lack of sleep but my heart is so full that none of it matters. Despite the stifling heat, Hutchi and Ben’s wedding at her families farm went off beautifully and I am officially in love. I have a soft spot for beautiful places … I am a romantic at heart and I can’t count the amount of times Kentucky made my heart hurt this past week.

The sun shines bright on my old Kentucky home
‘Tis summer, the folks there are gay
The corn top’s ripe and the meadow’s in bloom
While the birds make music all the day

soo lovely. I’ve been to Kentucky once but I am dreaming of going back. I want to frolic in some fields.
