Little Meg | Harrison Family

I am so jealous of little Henry. He truly lives in the land of make believe – his eyes are so wide with imagination and the sweet innocence of true bliss. He has two of the coolest parents I’ve met and is going to be a big brother soon- life could not get better for this little kidd-o!

Even heroes have the right to dream.

That little boy is just too cute for words. And I love the cape (my husbands a hug Superman fan, so the cape makes me smile)

Little Meg | The Joyner Family

After the wedding and before the holidays I did a handful of family sessions one right after the other for Christmas cards and other purposes …. time got away from me with the craziness of tree cutting and Christmas parties and life so a lot of these sessions went un-blogged. Much is going on around here this month- some updates and changes are coming to megperotti.com so we’re hunkering down and working like crazy people (What else is new???) :)

Thanks to the Joyners for meeting me in LA for this session and for bringing so much love!

Alissa, Chris, and Presley : Bay Area Family Portraits

Dear Chris,

Thank you for always being on my team- even though I was terrible at kick the can, concentration, bush, sardines, baseball… you name it. What can I say? I was clearly not an athlete. Your kind heart has always been apparent and I know that this will make you the best possible Dad Presley could have. Congrats to you and Alissa!!!

Love,

Meg

Chris is part of the way-back crew- Folks, we grew up on a little slide of heaven called Arbor Dr. .. a block-party paradise with kids all of the same general age and parents all of the same general class, political parties, and margarita like-ness. Seriously, some Leave it to Beaver stuff…

Here is my generation of the Arbor Dr. crew at our wedding :)

Presley is part of the newest generation to hit the block …. she is so precious and looks so much like her daddy!

Hi Meg – I started following your blog after seeing you on Jasmine Star’s. I really enjoy your photography :) This post caught my eye as I live on Arbor Drive in Willow Glen – if it’s the same Arbor Drive you mention – very random! If it’s the same arbor drive, the side of Pine I live on doesn’t seem to be the mecca of block parties like you mention – sounds like it was fun though!

Holiday Gallery Re-Release + bumble ink promo

The holidays are quickly approaching! Just a quick announcement to all 2010 Meg Perotti clients! (and families and friends of these clients…… ;) ) All wedding, portrait, and family session galleries have been released through January 1, 2011 for those prints you totally meant to order 6 months ago but now would *really* like to have to give as gifts! As an added bonus and a holiday gift to you, we’ll cover the shipping!

The cut off to receive prints before Christmas is DECEMBER 13th. NO EXCEPTIONS. Production is officially on Holiday break on the 14th so all orders received after that date will be processed in 2011.

ALSO!

I am super excited to also say that I’ve teamed up with BumbleInk to offer you guys a discount on their holiday cards! They’ve provided us with a promo code for 15% off of the entire site to give to you that will be valid until December 31, 2010. If you see anything you like on the site (how could you not??) shoot me an email and I’ll get you hooked up!

This is a favorite of mine :) .. I also really love the postcard options!

Some info on them:

bumble ink is a San Francisco/Bay Area based stationery company featuring products with modern designs, clever characters, and fresh humor.  Our cards are printed with veggie based inks on heavy cover stock containing post consumer recycled content with a 100% recycled envelope sealed in a biodegradable corn based clear bag. Our brand new photocards are digitally printed on FSC certified 100% recycled white heavy-weight card stock. Customers can upload their favorite photo(s) and personalize their greetings. We also offer the option of creating a form letter or message on the back of each card. We can also turn any color photograph to black and white.

And a little wedding happiness to close out this business-related post :)
