A couple of  months ago I did some commercial photos for Alli Webb’s new Brentwood hair venture, The Dry Bar. You know that awesome blow-out your hair stylist gives you when you go get a cut and color that lasts for two days (or three… or four…) ?? Well, that’s just what The Dry Bar offers…. you can pop by and get your hair did for that big interview, mtg, date, or weekend for just $35! Earlier this month my best friend since I was one, Aubrey, and her Outstanding in the Field crew came through Los Angeles to host their last dinner of their 2009 tour at Wattles Farm. I’ve talked about Outstanding in the Field before but if you’ve never heard about what they do check their site out or buy a ticket to one of their dinners. It’s really a neat take on outdoor dining. The chef at the dinner I attended was Neal Fraser of Grace Restaurant in Los Angeles. Last year I did a bit more official documenting, this year I did more sipping wine and chatting but I did manage to snag a few good ones.
